You will receive instructions in your email immediately and a referral to a Fragus authorized repair shop. 

Once the vehicle has been delivered to the correct repair shop, the repair shop will investigate what is wrong with it. Once the repair costs have been determined, the repair shop will request a repair authorization from Fragus. The decision will be made quickly, usually within an hour of the request being made. The repair measures can then be taken in accordance with the decision.

Fragus pays the repair costs included in the contract directly to the repair shop.
